My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were huge, beautifully furnished, had a luxurious bathroom, and offered stunning views. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly; I'm sure I will return to book in this hotel. However, there was a slight issue with a cigarette stench in a nonsmoking room, which was a bit off-putting.

The service was top tier. The receptionist, Krishan, was very friendly and helpful. We asked for connected rooms in the same floor as my parents' suite, and everything was taken care of promptly. We will come back for sure; thanks again Downtown Rotana for a wonderful stay with a memorable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with spacious and immaculate rooms, thanks to Mr Hussin at the front desk who helped us upgrade to a fantastic suite. The view over the World Trade Center building from the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows made my sleep after long working hours truly peaceful and refreshing. The service was excellent, especially from Shenoda and Hamad, with their warm and friendly assistance. The prime location in the heart of Manama city was perfect for tourists, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was outstanding. The dining experience offered healthy options and a superb range of foods in both the coffee shop and restaurant.
